During a road trip one day some summers ago, we went to the Iron Furnace in Illinois. It promised to be as interesting as it sounded, and I found what remained of a pretty old tree. This is perhaps one of my favourite pics in my portfolio, and sometimes I think I can stare at the tree for hours. I’m sure it had plenty of stories to tell.
